A three-decade industry practitioner whose career is written across the terrain itself — from plantation estates to active mining landscapes.
Neoh Ghee Seng (梁義生) has spent more than thirty years working directly with the land. He began in the plantation sector, managing large-scale agricultural terrain through the 1990s, before moving into mining operations in 2004 — accumulating deep, first-hand familiarity with extraction landscapes, slope and surface change, and the long arc of land-use transformation.
Today he serves as Director of Guoma Xin Da Mining International Sdn. Bhd. — specialising in rare earths, tin, industrial sands and strategic resources — and as Founder of Green Cycle Energy Sdn. Bhd., his environmentally focused enterprise. He now seeks to translate that lived operational knowledge into formal research, pursuing doctoral study in geomorphology and environmental studies.
